Prof. Peter Cramton belongs to the new Fellows of the renowned Econometric Society. At the University of Cologne he conducts research about auction theory and market design. He is a principal investigator at C-SEB. As a leading expert Peter Cramton designed auctions in numerous countries e.g. at the electricity market and for spectrum auctions. The Econometric Society is an international society for the advancement of economic theory in its relation to statistics and mathematics and was founded in 1930.
