Angela Dorrough Wins Leo-Spitzer-Prize 2022

Angela Dorrough from the Social Cognition Center Cologne has won the Leo Spitzer Prize for Junior Researchers. The prize is awarded to outstanding young researchers in the humanities and human sciences in memory of the renowned Austrian-Jewish Romanist and literary theorist Leo Spitzer. The Leo Spitzer Prize for Junior Researchers is endowed with 30,000 € over a period of two years and has been awarded by the University of Cologne since 2013 to promote top-level research. Angela Dorrough conducts research on the influences of stereotypes, gender, and culture on behavior and on decision-making in social dilemmas.
