The Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) awards three honorary doctorates annually, alternating between the different faculties. In 2025, the renowned university honored outstanding contributions to research and teaching in the psychological sciences. Together with Richard J. McNally (Harvard University) and Brenda Rapp (John Hopkins University), C-SEB PI Christian Unkelbach received one of these prestigious honors on April 8, 2025 and presented his work on “A Cognitive-Ecological Model of Social Cognition” at the ceremony.
